2. Communication Channels
Official communication will take place via email or WhatsApp messages. Messages can be sent at any time; replies will be made during business hours.
3. Revisions and Iterations
Up to three (3) major revision rounds are included in each project without extra charge. Any additional revision round will be billed at the agreed-upon amount specified in the contract.
4. Deposit
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly agreed upon by both parties in the signed contract — such as failure to deliver the agreed project, delivery of work not conforming to specifications, or other mutually discussed exceptions.
5. Payments
Payments are to be made monthly or according to the schedule agreed upon by both parties. A 10-business-day grace period applies for unexpected delays caused by technical or human factors.
6. Meetings
Meetings are not mandatory, but it is recommended to hold at least one alignment session per month for optimal communication and project clarity.
7. Feedback Documentation
All feedback, preferences, or dissatisfaction must be provided in writing (via email or message) to maintain a clear record of all agreed-upon points.
8. Delays and Non-Payment
In cases of consistent late payments or refusal to pay, the supplier reserves the right to pause project delivery until the issue is resolved. Penalties or late fees may apply. Disputes are to be resolved in accordance with Romanian law.
9. Intellectual Property
All usage rights and intellectual property for the delivered materials are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment. The supplier retains the right to use project materials in their portfolio, marketing, or promotional content, unless a separate confidentiality agreement is signed.
10. Confidentiality Clause (optional)
At the client’s request, a separate confidentiality agreement may be drafted to restrict the supplier’s right to display or promote the project. This clause includes additional fees based on the project's scope and duration.
Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute shall be settled amicably or, failing that, through the competent courts of Romania.
